Quickly Fixing The ToolTip Annoyance

A quick fix

XP being the most user friendly OS till date, is packed with many annoyances and the ‘hiding notification tag’ is one of the worst ones. I really had a hard time with not being able to see the Date & time by hovering my m.use pointer on the Digi Clock and soon, i found an amazing tool to fix it, the ToolTipFixer. It installs the tooltip fixing service that is always running in the background and it works all the time! (Download)
